NextSupport Connect

A small app that lets us look after your computer remotely. You install it once, it runs quietly in the background, and when you need help you do not have to read out any codes or wait for a technician to come on site.

Installation

Four steps, about five minutes

  1. 01

    Download and extract

    Download the ZIP package and extract it (right-click → Extract All).

  2. 02

    Run Instalovat.bat

    Windows will ask for administrator permission. If it shows a warning about an unknown publisher, choose More info → Run anyway.

  3. 03

    Enter a computer name

    For example Company-Reception or John-Smith-laptop. We recognise the computer by its name.

  4. 04

    Wait for approval

    A NextSupport technician confirms the installation, usually within a few minutes. It then finishes by itself and the window reports that it is done.

What the app does

Support without waiting and without reading out codes

  • an N icon next to the clock: send us a message, with a screenshot if you like

  • runs quietly in the background, never slows you down or gets in the way

Nothing connects without us

Every installation is approved manually by a NextSupport technician. Until it is confirmed, the computer has no access to our network.

Encrypted connection

The computer connects to our monitoring network through an encrypted WireGuard tunnel. It can only be accessed from that network, not from the internet.

No shared passwords

Technicians sign in with a cryptographic key. We do not need your password, and you never read out an ID or code to anyone.

Need help right now and don't have the app?

Download our small quick support program. Nothing is installed: you just run it, tell the technician the number it shows, and we connect to your desktop only after you confirm. The program is based on the TeamViewer (QuickSupport) service.

NextSupport Connect is used exclusively to manage the computers of NextSupport s.r.o. clients with whom we have a support agreement. If our technician has not recommended the installation to you, do not install the app. It will not connect without our approval anyway. You can have it removed at any time; just send us a message.
