Hospitality

IT for restaurants, hotels and guesthouses

In hospitality, IT must stay out of the way. The till has to work on a Friday night, guests want Wi‑Fi the moment they arrive, and bookings have to come through even when the owner is behind the bar.

We run the FUSION point-of-sale system on an on-site server, with secure ordering from mobile devices: waiting staff connect over VPN, so the till is never exposed to the internet, yet an order from the terrace reaches the kitchen instantly. Plus a UniFi network, separate guest Wi‑Fi, a Dahua camera system covering the whole building and remote monitoring.

Michalis Apartments, Sykia (Greece)

For a guesthouse in Chalkidiki we built a trilingual website with online booking and host it on our own infrastructure. On site there is guest Wi‑Fi separated from the operational network, Starlink connectivity, an Imou (Dahua) camera system and remote monitoring from Brno — nobody from IT needs to be there.

What it involves

Point-of-sale and booking systems, secure staff access from mobile devices, guest Wi‑Fi with no access to operations, cameras the owner can view from a phone, connectivity even where there is no fibre, and monitoring that alerts us before a guest does.

Where to see it

Both businesses have their own website — the restaurant and brewery in Brno and the guesthouse in Chalkidiki.
