School IT you don't have to worry about

New computers from a single template, automatic maintenance that never interrupts lessons, network, Wi‑Fi, backups and internet from one partner. We look after the IT of schools around Brno so that heads and teachers can focus on teaching, not technology.

Sounds familiar

Dozens of computers and no IT person

IT is done by “the teacher who knows about it”

Looking after the computers falls on the IT teacher or the head. After hours, unpaid, and with no cover when they are ill.

Nobody knows whether the backups work

Until a disk fails. Then it turns out the last usable backup is six months old — or there is none.

Internet, Wi‑Fi and computers are everyone's and no one's job

The internet provider points at the IT person, the IT person points at the provider. The school waits in between and the computer lesson is cancelled.

Under one roof

Internet, network and IT management from one partner

NextSupport builds on our experience running our own ENSOnet network, which we have been building around Brno since 2008. When something doesn't work, you don't have to figure out whether it's the internet, the Wi‑Fi or the computer — we sort it out.

  • ENSOnet internet connection (where we run the network)
  • School network, Wi‑Fi and separate networks for pupils and teachers
  • Computers, printers, interactive whiteboards
  • Backups and data recovery
  • Security, accounts and GDPR
  • 24/7 monitoring — we often know about an outage before you do
What we do for schools

Computers that simply work

We take over the school's entire IT — from setting up a new computer room to the day-to-day maintenance, much of which our automatic agent does for us.

New computers from a school template

Every new computer gets the same setup: Windows, Office with the school account, a browser, remote support and teaching software. A computer room is ready quickly and all machines behave the same.

Automatic maintenance by our agent

Our agent runs on every computer. It installs updates and restarts in the evening and at night outside lessons, cleans the disk, watches free space, Office and connectivity, and fixes small problems before anyone notices.

Monitoring of the whole school

We see the state of all computers, the server, storage, backups and the network in one place. When something stops working, we know and we deal with it — often before you call.

Network and Wi‑Fi for classrooms

Design, installation and management of Wi‑Fi for classrooms, staff rooms and the gym. Separate networks for pupils, teachers and management, so a problem in one doesn't slow down the others.

Backups you can actually restore

We back up the school storage and documents and regularly test restores. On request we also keep a copy outside the school, in our data centre in Brno.

Remote help and on-site visits

We solve most requests remotely, without waiting for a technician. We come on site from our office in Moravany for regular visits and emergencies.

Printers, whiteboards, cameras

Printers and copiers, interactive whiteboards and projectors, CCTV, the school PA system and clocks. Everything in the school that has a cable.

Security and accounts

School Microsoft 365 accounts, passwords, permissions, antivirus and a basic GDPR check. When a teacher leaves or a new one starts, we update the accounts.

Price: we offer IT management as a monthly flat fee based on the number of computers and buildings. We prepare an indicative offer after a short free visit to the school, and the exact price after a detailed audit.

How to start

First a short visit, the audit once we agree

We come to the school and take a quick look at the computers, network and backups. Based on that you receive an indicative offer — free and without obligation. Once we agree, we start with a detailed audit: we document everything the school has and take over without disrupting lessons.

FAQ

What school heads ask us

How does the handover from the current IT provider work?
Once we agree, we start with a detailed audit and write down what the school has. We take over passwords, licences and documentation together with you; nothing is switched off blindly.
Do we need ENSOnet internet?
No. We manage IT regardless of the internet provider. But if we run the ENSOnet network in your municipality, you get the connection and IT management from one partner and nobody shifts responsibility.
What if the server or storage fails?
Thanks to monitoring, we usually know about the problem before you do. Restoring from backup is part of the service; we regularly test that backups can be restored, not just that they ran.
How much does it cost?
A monthly flat fee based on the number of computers, buildings and what the school runs. We give you an indicative price after a short free visit and the exact price after a detailed audit.
Can you help with the school's founder and budget?
Yes. We prepare documents for the IT budget and an equipment renewal plan that you can present to the municipality.
How long is the contract?
A one-year contract with monthly invoicing and a three-month notice period — handing IT over to another provider takes a while and we don't want to leave the school without support. Invoices go directly to the school or to its founder — whichever you need.
